Lucite Plains is a multi-media collaboration between merging the talents of a KC art world power trio: Ricky Allman, Barry Anderson and Davin Watne. Beginning with extended sonic explorations using loops, samplers, and sequencers, they began folding in visual elements in the form of videos playing on screens and projected onto available surfaces. For their first extended Kansas City residency, Lucite Fields will perform eight 45-minute sets at Subtropolis.
